Electrics
First Hour	£95.00	£142.50	£142.50
Subsequent Hours (these are broken down to 15 minute Units )	£85.00	£127.50	£127.50

1 hour first hour minimum charge work, then in 15 minute units, for subsquent hours.
Electricians are Tracked both in their Vehicles, and their operating software, for time keeping, and also for identifying in cases of emergencies to send the closest one to you.
Hourly rate is charged out in man hours / per electrician.
Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice by Cash / BACS transfer / cheque / credit/debit card.
Parking Charges for "In-Town" apply, where there is no Parking outside your Property. These are charged at the "Local" Borough charging rates
Estimates & Quotations are generally non-chargeable, but some may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, time, and location
Fixed prices (*) are subject to VAT and can be provided either verbally or in writing upon request before work commences
Materials are charged at trade prices plus a 30% mark up to cover travel & admin expenses, and are subject to VAT at the standard rate
Material collection for non-stock items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 45 minutes of the current hourly rate should we need to acquire the parts
Invoices are digital -pdf (hard copies are available upon request) and these show a full description of works including times and a breakdown of labour and materials
We can carry out Insurance reports which are charged at the electricians hourly rate +vat which is redeemable against the future work
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), Landlord Certificates, Homebuyers Certificates, are all subject to the size of Fuseboard / Consumer unit (Circuits connected)
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), are charged at the electricians hourly rate +vat, with repairs / replacements at an additional Extra
We do not surcharge for credit card payments
We also offer Use now Pay Later with Klarna. Particularly usefull larger works, and also for "Distress / Emergency calls & works.
Should you prefer to supply parts yourself, we will not provide a warranty on these parts should they fail, and will also make a charge at our rates (as above), to repair / replace.
