Bright Spark Electrical Services is a well-established, NICEIC Approved electrical contractor based in Tonbridge. We work predominantly with domestic clients across Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and the surrounding area — a tight 20–25 mile patch that means our team are home at a reasonable hour, every day.
We're a small, close-knit team of qualified electricians. We do good work, look after our customers, and look after each other. We're growing, which is why we're adding to the team.
No two days are the same. A typical week could take you from tracking down an elusive fault, to a full or partial rewire, to a lighting installation or adding circuits in a commercial premises. You'll work independently on allocated jobs and, where jobs need two pairs of hands, alongside a colleague.
For the first few weeks, you'll work alongside our existing electricians to get to know how we operate before heading out on your own patch.
The work is varied, local and consistent — no long commutes, no London travel costs, and no chasing for the next job.

This is a full-time, employed, hands-on electrical role. It's not office-based, part-time, ad-hoc or sub-contract work. We promote from within, so if you're looking for a management or office role right now, this isn't the right fit at this stage — but it could be your future.
And on salary — all of our work is local. No expensive commutes, no train fares, no parking costs. Factor that in when you're comparing packages.
