I just wanted to say how amazing your customer service is. You are the first (and only?) trade company that communicates and is efficient from my experience. I really appreciate texts, and emails giving me updates. It means I don’t have the frustration of having to stay in for the electrician all day and waste my time. You run an excellent service. Your electrician was great and very quick. We will definitely be using you again.
My external security lights had failed and because they were over 20 years old, several electricians felt unable to help me. I then asked Karen from Bright Sparks to get involved. She promptly surveyed the problem, gave me a competitive quote and as soon as I accepted it, gave me a firm date for the work to be undertaken. Her electricians arrived on the due date, were very friendly and tidy and worked in difficult places without problem. I definitely intend to use Bright Sparks again.

The guys did a great job yesterday – and were very accommodating too (putting things back in cupboards that they had to remove.) I gave them regular coffee / tea (and my wife made them a couple of Apple buns too) – and last night I gave them each a bottle of VERY good wine as a small thank you. GW - Hildenborough
